Scott Stiner has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2006. As COO, Scott oversees the Operations and Sales divisions of the company. Under his leadership, Taylor developed several proprietary software systems including the Taylor tracking database, UtilityModule, the EnergyAuctions platform and the internal CRM systems. Since 2006, Taylor has grown from a dozen accounts in two states to over 17,000 accounts across the nation.

He began his career with Penn Fuel Gas, a natural gas utility in Southeastern Pennsylvania, and progressively worked through several deregulated companies holding positions in both Sales and Sales Management. Most recently, Scott served as Senior Partner with Northeast Energy Partners in Connecticut.

Scott received his BS in Architecture from Temple University and MBA in International Marketing from Mt. Saint Mary's College.
